As you know our community on Maui has suffered tremendous loss. NorthShore Zipline Co. itself is safe and we haven’t had any property damage but our staff team is grieving right now as many in our community have lost loved ones, homes and more - everyone has been impacted in some way. Thank you for your offers of help and support.
Many guests are wondering what to do with their travel arrangements and have concerns about cancellations or what they should do. Please know that if you cancel your trip we will refund your tour - but let us know! If you do choose to come to Maui we are 100% open and continuing our operations. We are committed to our staff, our local community and to serving you.

Haiku Maui is a special place, and we are privileged to call it home. Our prayers and concerns are with the families that have lost loved ones in the recent Lahaina wildfires.
